+ lot of people using due to their cheap price, some using for illegal purposes.
+ Datacenter opens a lot of ports => security system can check which ports are opening to decide appropriate security measures for the account associated with this ip.
Residential IP:
+ assigned to homeowners by ISP
+ more expensive
+ some website, platform restrict users by locations (ex: Craiglist…)=> using datacenter ip will cause account ban.
Note: besides ip, ur act can be flagged by fingerprint, location time/device time…
